The location was stunning and excellent, not far from restaurants and pubs, clubs, and Florida Road, which is the prime street in Durban for restaurants, cafes and bars and easily accessible. All of the staff where efficient, extremely friendly.

Overall clean hotel, very very helpful and caring staff upon check-In receptionist. Romantic venue, reasonably large, practical rooms with shower as well as a bathroom. Perfect and exceptionally nice location, very convenient area, so close to most restaurants and nightclubs and restaurants and a pub. Plus, close to Deutsche Schule Durban.

Florida street was a bit noisy - but understandble with all the night- life opposite the hotel going on.

Good location close to several restaurants
Very rude and disorganized lady at reception. She was rude to us, but that was nothing compared to how she treated the porters. Even though we had a reservation made through Booked.net, they tried to charge us 25% more, and then put up an argument after we showed a printout of our booking! Also, the room did not have a safe.

The rooms here are functional and spacious, with a balcony, and the location is amazing in a safe area with lots of restaurants nearby.

I really loved the breakfast, very nice to see management chatting to the guests...makes a big difference to your overall experience.(well done) The rooms were also very clean an comfortable. The staff are very accomadating and friendly.

The location is excellent and all staff are very kind. The room is super comfortable and great, the hotel is beautiful and the internet works perfectly. You can attend excelentes restaurants across the street. The breakfast is wonderful.

The weather was wonderful; had the perfect stay for my December holidays. I stayed in a room that was kept clean and in good condition. - the hotel was set in a very central area just off plenty of cafes and restaurants, and close to the airport.

I think they close down their own services to early. That will make me choose another location next time.
